CBD was in the news today and I know many of you will have seen it.

In summary, the industry is finally going through the process of regulation, which is long overdue. Maxx4 controls the production process from seed to plant, to extraction and finished product, including labelling and testing. As full members of the Cannabis Trade Association our products have undergone independent testing too.

However, many companies are simply buying in ready-made products and re-labelling them. They can’t prove what’s in their products and there’s no trace-ability with the ingredients. This is what the authorities are going to crack down on and we estimate it will eventually get rid of around 60% of the current suppliers. Obviously we’re looking forward to this as it will clean up the industry’s reputation and leave the serious producers to provide high-quality traceable products to the market.

MAXX4 are fully aware of what is needed to comply with the forthcoming legislation and we always aim to be ahead of the rest.
