Welcome back Mevagissey to Fowey Ferry Have a great season 💕

🎉🎉 WE ARE SAILING 🎉🎉

So looking forward to our maiden 2024 passage to Fowey today 🤗

We are currently running three trips a day, up to and including the 12th of May.

Our timetable is as follows:

Dept Lighthouse Quay Meva :
1000, 1300, 1600
Dept Whitehouse Quay Fowey:
1050, 1350, 1650

Remember to bring an extra layer of clothing as the temperature is always a little cooler out to sea 🧥 ✔️

Well behaved dogs are welcome 🐕 ✔️

We take cash and card 💸 💳 ✔️

We do NOT have a toilet on board 🚽⛔️

We can stow collapsible prams but baby must be out and carried on to the ferry in arms 👶✔️

Bikes can be taken at £10 per trip, but please contact us to arrange beforehand 🚲 ✔️

🐰Kids Go Free at Easter!🐰
As an Easter treat this year, we have decided to allow all children 16 and under, into the gardens for FREE 🥳
From Good Friday all the way through to Easter Monday, you can bring your children for free to the gardens and let them burn off all that energy while you take in the calm of the gardens. We have Easter fun planned too 🐛, with chocolately treats at the end - more about that tomorrow!
You can either walk in, or pre-book online. The castle is also open for tours this weekend*, keep an eye out for Easter fun in there too 🐣😉

*when pre-booking castle tours online for children, choose child castle tour only and add kids go free.

Our friends at the RNLI are putting on this event in Mevagissey Harbour on 6th April. Mevagissey had a long history with its own lifeboat from 1897 until 1930. Lifeboat service now is provided by both All Weather and Inshore Lifeboats based at Fowey . The museum has an extensive collection relating to both RNLI and HM Coastguard. Some of which will be on display, on the quay, on April 6th. It is an honour for Mevagissey to be chosen for a scroll visit. Come and support the RNLI and pop in to see us in the Museum on the day.
