Beautiful, stylish and spacious apartment that sleeps up to 6, available for short breaks or longer stays. Our apartment is split across two floors and is light and bright with high ceilings and original sash windows. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with king sized bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. There is also a large luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower,

wc, basin, double ended bath, heated towel rails and underfloor heating. The twin bedroom overlooks the high street and Tregenna hill, it has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and room for a travel cot which is also provided. Off the hallway you will also find the main bathroom that has a large walk in shower, wc, basin and a heated towel rail. On the second floor you will find a spacious lounge with sea views over St Ives Bay and towards Hayle Towans. As well as comfy sofas, which also turn into a sofa bed, the lounge also features a 55” smart TV and Wi-Fi facilities. The lounge leads through to the fully equipped open plan kitchen with stylish dove grey gloss units, quartz worktops and integrated Neff appliances – a Slide & Hide oven, microwave, ceramic induction hob, extractor, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a dining table to seat 4 people as well as more informal dining at the island unit. A high chair is also provided for babies. Towels, bed linen and hairdryer are all provided along with dressing gown and slippers in the master bedroom.
