Kitchen completed🙌

Let's ignore all of the crockery on the side, we just got so excited to share the completed kitchen we couldn't wait to put them all away! The island is perfect to sit and have dinner at (if you choose not to go to one of the amazing nearby restaurants!) or maybe just some nibbles and champagne!

Garden transformation (nearly...)

Old shed, gravel and tiles have been removed from the garden and the base for the new paving has been laid! Make sure you have post notifications for us turned on so that you never miss a post!👀

FIREPLACE REVEAL🔥

We really wanted the fireplace to be a feature of the open plan lounge/kitchen and we opted for a from . It is unbelievably unrealistic, quiet and gives off the perfect amount of heat. Imagine being snuggled up on the sofa when the nights get a little chillier after dinner in one of the local restaurants😍

Time for the kitchen install!

The first few cabinets are in place, including the cooker hood, again we have opted for white in the kitchen to keep everything looking fresh and clean🙌

It's unbelievable what a difference some tiling can make to an overall room, it looks so much brighter, bigger and luxurious - just what we were aiming for!

Things are really starting to take shape now!

Tiling has been laid in the en-suite bathroom. We opted for the Zappa White Porcelain tiles from . They're hexagonal in shape and modern with the stylish look of terrazzo. Swipe left to see the tile up close!⬡

New doors🙌

We have opted for white wooden panelled doors instead of the darker wood doors previously in Creeksend to brighten the space and make everything feel a bit bigger!

En-suite🐚

Our third room at Creeksend (soon to be renamed!) was a teeny tiny box room so we decided to pull it out, make each of the other two bedrooms bigger and include an en-suite for the main bedroom. Here is the bathroom tanking system for the ensuite being installed. This is one of the most exciting rooms of the house for us, so keep your eyes peeled to see how it looks when it is finished👀

Old staircase removal.

The old staircase was incredibly steep and so we have decided to rip it out and start again!

Time to re-add some structure!

After pulling all the walls down from upstairs we have now started to rebuild, changing room sizes from the original blueprint.

A renovation project isn't a renovation project without a couple of surprises along the way...

Safe to say when the flooring came up, we weren't expecting rotten flooring joists! Fresh ones have now been laid and they look so much better 🙌

Time to open up the space!

The back stone wall is the far side of the lounge and this photo was taken from the kitchen. We've opened up the space by knocking through the conjoining wall making one big open plan kitchen/lounge. Previously there was a drywall along the back of the lounge with a cove for the TV to fit into, but we've decided to take this away and place the TV on the wall!
