A massive good luck to she is running the London half marathon today.. after her mum suffered with. Syringe she set her self the goal to raise as much as she could for the . She has raised a massive £3000 and I couldn’t be prouder.. each week she has put her miles in, attended online classes and completed her sessions in the gym! Even with her knee injury she has gathered the strength to still take part and run with passion and determination!!
I couldn’t be a prouder Coach and I can’t wait to hear all about it!!

Returning back to training after a few months off Paula was feeling frumpy and not her self.. clothes weren’t sitting right and she felt super tired and had no energy.
We have been back now a little over a month and she is already seeing massive improvements in how she feels and looks in her clothes. She is back on being consistent with her training and eating.
We train twice a week and she does another on her own. As for food I have given her the correct macros and types of food to eat and she creates her own meals with that guidance.

Where do I start
What a rollercoaster of prep and competing.
Powerlifting is definitely not for the fainthearted. I have experienced a LOT of different emotions over the last 3 months getting ready for my first APBU powerlifting competition and qualifier.
Building up and cutting weight was ok until my final week however I got there and on the day I didn’t feel weak I felt ready..
On arrival suddenly nerves hit but having and the rest of 349 Barbell there really helped.
I got through the day with outcome we went for.. All the hard work paid off .Most of all I proved to my self I can do this and I was ready.
My numbers weren’t as they have been in the gym but that was to be expected.

Where do I begin? I’ve taken on a new sport and I love it!!! Even when I injured my self with many people telling me well that you done lifting now then! I didn’t listen I listened to my body worked on all my weaknesses with different rehabilitation exercises and treatment and boom back on the platform 10 weeks later. Also beating my last totals I got in January busy 15kg so I am so so happy and can’t wait to step up to the next level!! Odd balls seamless range are the most comfortable underwear I've ever worn. They don't pinch my legs, they're not too tight on my tummy, in fact I can barely feel them at all!
