On any holiday lets
It’s best practice to have a qualified and competent person conduct and record PAT testing on an annual basis. To show you have taken the relevant precautions to keep your holiday home safe, and ensure that there is a clear record of when the test was carried out.

Up to 20 items £60 +VAT then
£2.50 there after per item
Up to 35 items £80 +VAT then
£2.50 there after per item
Up to 50 items £100 + VAT
Then £2.50 there after per item .
