Drain jetting and draining surveys to authorities standard wall cavities. All images and moving pictures can be recorded to DVD for the customer.

With over 25 years’ experience LEM Property Maintenance specialises in roof gutter and blocked drain clearance. Our on board drain jetter can remove blockages or simply de-scale your drains and our drain camera can be used to inspect them prior to cleaning as well as accessing other difficult to reach areas, e.g. We also have the latest gutter hoover, which used to clear gutters from the safety of

the ground up to a height of 12 metres. A camera on the top of the hoover allows customers to see a before and after of the cleaning process. All rubbish is bagged up and removed from site. Prices: (add £10 to each for conservatory)
1 Drains unblocked from £80 (customer is only charged if and when job is completed.)
2 Drain camera work from £40
3 Gutter hoover
A Bungalow (up to 3 bed) - £35
B House (up to 3 bed) - £50
C House (4/5 bed) - £60
D Properties over two stories from £75. LEM Property Maintenance is fully insured up to £5M public liability (details available on request).
