It as a supermarket,fish n chips shop,swimming pool,hairdresser,club house with live music and entertainment,a restaurant,so if you don't want to cook you can get great meals from breakfast,lunch,and evening meals,at reasonable prices,there is also a child friendly park, basketball and netball pitch and football area,site is a 10 minute walk to SKEGNESS coach and train station,town centre,beach and fair ground.
