6 berth static holiday home in Tunstall, East Riding, Yorkshire… Dales 48 is our static holiday home located in East Riding in Yorkshire.

The pitch is within the Sand Le Mere complex in Tunstall. Close to the beach and park amenities. Entertainment is laid on in peak season. The home has two bedrooms but sleeps 6 in total with a pull out bed in the living area. It is fully equipped with wi fi and cooking facilities as well as a tv in the spacious main bedroom ( as well as main living area). There is a separate bathroom near the show

er room and plenty of storage throughout. Both TVs have Netflix and Prime Video installed and the internet connection speed is more than adequate. The home also benefits from central heating and the Hive remote system. No gas bottles etc required. There is outside decking for the summer months and we also benefit from a corner pitch which means we only have a neighbour on one side. There is car parking space for at least one large car. We are fully dog friendly and most manageable pets would be welcome. The Dales is a fairly quiet area of the park and within easy reach of practically everything. The home can be used as a base to explore the wider area along the coast or further inland. Hull is the nearest big City but Leeds and York are also within driving distance. Prices:
