I have over 15 years of experience as a trained chef as well as front of house experience culminating in a degree in Ecotourism in 2006 and I’m extremely excited at the prospect of exploring new culinary frontiers. Good grub doesn’t necessarily need to be served by a waiter in a fancy restaurant! Our goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our customers; not

to mention putting a smile on your face!! Food needs to be yummy, fun and shared, so that’s what we plan to do. Over the coming years, we will expand the boundaries and perceptions of ‘the humble burger van’, serving Gastro food where we can, but ultimately, providing a unique, bespoke service to our customers, our friends. As well as my humble weekly pitch, GastroGrilla is available for events, festivals, corporate days and special occasions.

Ok, so in addition to the BBQ IN A BOX, Loaded fries and our smaller burgers were going to be running a few of your favourite burgers this weekend. BURGEROLOGY is back. We'll have other options for you too and quesadillas on as a special all weekend.

Basically it's the same menu as Saturday but on SUNDAY. Praise the lord.

The smells coming from this box is ridiculous! My favourite is the brisket. Slaigered in BBQ sauce and soaked in a beef jus. And don't forget those fat gherks.
