I have over 15 years of experience as a trained chef as well as front of house experience culminating in a degree in Ecotourism in 2006 and I’m extremely excited at the prospect of exploring new culinary frontiers. Good grub doesn’t necessarily need to be served by a waiter in a fancy restaurant! Our goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our customers; not
to mention putting a smile on your face!! Food needs to be yummy, fun and shared, so that’s what we plan to do. Over the coming years, we will expand the boundaries and perceptions of ‘the humble burger van’, serving Gastro food where we can, but ultimately, providing a unique, bespoke service to our customers, our friends. As well as my humble weekly pitch, GastroGrilla is available for events, festivals, corporate days and special occasions.

Looking for grill/prep chefs that can work at pace and with a focus on delivering quality food AND outstanding banter. Excellent rate of pay, travel mileage paid, entrance to festival obvs, uniforms provided and as much food as you can eat. Prep shifts will be the preceding 2 days prior to the festival opening. We make EVERYTHING from scratch. So you need to know your s**t.
*No coke heads, bampots or p**s heads need apply. I'm not in the funking mood*
ALSO outstanding front of house staff required. Must be honest, reliable and have a proven track record of not taking s**t from customers whilst also having the gift the gab.

I've been shockingly let down by a local garage who were supposed to be repairing my van and then MOT. Still can't believe how poorly they've treated me. So I'm now in the s**t a bit.
Can anyone suggest a local garage that can dig me out?
Van requires a bit of welding as well as other work ( i have the MOT fail cert) so will require a high ramp apparently.
