5 star worthy service ⭐️

"Oscar was the Architect for our design and planning application, for the rebuild of a mid terraced house...

He produced a very good design and VR representation of the rebuild, from a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage, to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage...

Spatial Future managed to get the planning consent through, giving us exactly what we wanted, which was no small achievement being in a conservation area.

They also guided us through the tender process introducing us to our chosen builder, who was exceptional throughout the duration of the project."

Sneak peek at some of our current projects 👀

1. Full renovation; This client is having the full works from a single storey side to a rear wraparound extension and a completely new kitchen installed. We are very much looking forward to the end result on this.

2. Extension; This client has a gorgeous house with an even more gorgeous view. We're working on a side double storey extension and rear extension with a stunning apex window. We've got some more footage coming up on this so stay tuned.

Introducing Oscar, our Principal Architect 👋

Oscar is very keen in the creation phase of the project and using his architectural knowledge to meet the needs of the client. Making full use of 3D visualization tools to show the client the real potential of the project.

Some architects talk in only lines and shades, but Oscar believes in ensuring our design language fully utilises modern technology.

Interesting fact... Oscar is a Certified Drone pilot and has introduced a lot of drone photography into the business 🙌

"It's a fabulous house, it just needed improving and making into a better house and that's where we brought Spatial Future in. Looking at the 3D model that was originally designed by the team, the finished build is actually very close and it was a really good tool and part of the creative process."🌟

Our client wanted to improve their house that they already loved, enhancing its features and giving them more living space.

With a large south-facing garden, this extension was designed to make the most of the glorious natural light available, with a planted roof to keep nature close to the home 🌿

From the ground up 🏗️

Our self build project in Ettington, creating a bespoke home with combined living spaces, four bedrooms and an exterior finish in Cotswold stone. A traditional aesthetic meets modern day living.

We're so pleased to showcase our proposal for this substantial extension and refurbishment to a bespoke house outside Warwick 🤩

The original 1970s design was heavily influenced by famous American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The 'Prairie Style' aesthetic accentuated a darker first floor with low pitched roofs and deep overhangs. Adding to this special dwelling was a challenge but the end effect is something we and our client are immensely proud of.

This one has benefitted from our complete design and build service and has been in construction since last year. Nearing completion in the coming week, keep your eyes peeled for further updates...

We all feel the need for maximising space to make our homes feel spacious and welcoming. Make the most of every square inch and use space in clever ways by following our 5 tips!👇

1️⃣ Buy multifunctional furniture

2️⃣ Fill awkward spaces by building storage units, shelving or nooks

A pleasing comparison and progress update of a single storey extension in black brick ⬛️

The clients wanted to bring a modern aspect into the design, with their love for art influencing some of their ideas.

With the combined use of dark brickwork, along with crittall windows and overhanging green roofing, the contemporary style certainly matches the client's brief and ambition of creating a bespoke 21st century design.

The build had an unforeseen existing structural defect identified at demolition stage which was promptly corrected on site to make the design possible 🛠 It is now progressing very well, with these coming weeks being busy with installation.

It's truly mesmerising to turn a client's vision into a 3D model and then turn it into a reality before their eyes ✨

Spatial Future Ltd is an award winning boutique design practice, located in the historic town of Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire. We have a wealth of experience in residential and commercial architecture. Our varied portfolio ranges from small family home extensions to one off houses and small developments. From extensive renovations on listed buildings, to securing planning permission in conservation areas, as well as large commercial projects.
