During these difficult times, we as a company would like to give something back to the community and help those in need. Our thoughts go out to key workers who are working tirelessly to help others. We are aware that some key workers are in a position where they are unable to return home as they themselves have family with health issues who are in 12 week isolation. We would therefore like to help those and the below is how we propose to do this.

Flex Lets/Holiday lets
We have a number of apartments in;
- Azalea Terrace which is a 24 min or 1.1 mile walk from Sunderland Hospital
- The Elms West which is a 30 min or 1.4 mile walk from Sunderland Hospital

All apartments feature a flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with an oven and microwave. A toaster and refrigerator are also provided, as well as a kettle. As well as a private bathroom with a hair dryer, bed linen and towels. These apartments are fully equipped with cleaning materials as well as kitchen utensils.

We would like to reduce our rates for Key Workers to;
1 bed - £196.00 per week
2 bed - £245.00 per week

Rental Flats
We also have a number of flats available which are furnished within Azalea Terrace and Argyle Square (24 min or 1.1 mile walk from Sunderland Hospital) . We normally rent these on a minimum of a 6 month tenancy however for key workers we can offer a month to month tenancy. Not only that but we will cover the utility bills. Anyone wanting to take this option would need to bring with them cooking equipment, bedding and the likes as these properties are furnished only.

As we have outlined above, keeping people safe while we are in Covid-19 is what we aim to achieve and we hope that our discounted rates can help with fighting and staying behind Government legislation
