Nestling on the banks of a river, Dalyan remains one of the world’s last corners of unspoiled paradise. The magnificent Turtle Beach and the Aegean border to the west of the village and the glorious freshwater Koycegiz lake joins to the east to complete this paradise. Just over the river the magnificence of the Lycian Tombs dominate the majestic cliffs leading to the ancient city of Caunos, Turkey’s second greatest archaelogical site. When Troy was at its zenith, Caunos was the centre of the ancients world. The welcoming village community offers ethnic markets, bountiful shops and stores selling traditional goods alongside designer labels. Discover a wealth of inexpensive restaurants run by friendly local people who appreciate traditional family values and you begin to see why Dalyan is one of the hidden gems of the world. Wander down a side street and you find small local bars and cafes or more upmarket bars and restaurants on the riverfront. For evening entertainment there is live music in the old part of the village giving a wonderful alfresco feel to your evening meal or you can visit one of the two night clubs or disco bars that are kept away from the more relaxed bars by the river so as not to spoil your evening.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has a contemporary feel to it with fresh and light furnishings in the bedrooms, all 3 being en-suite. Two double bedrooms are located on the first floor and the twin bedroom in the loft area (pitch roof restricted height). The open plan lounge is spacious with a sofa bed and has a downstairs toilet.

Fully renovated Toprak Apartments are a small block of 4 apartments with 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has own showers, it is situated in Gülpınar area of Dalyan.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen/living room with everything you could need on holiday. Leading off the kitchen are the 2 bedrooms, each with their own fitted shower room. Both bedrooms have balcony with table and chairs where you can eat outside and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down.
