With paddleboarding growing in popularity, it's important to remind you all of some handy pointers to keep you all safe whilst out on the water.

☀️The surface of the water may look still, but down below the currents are still moving, and it’s easy to get swept off course.
☀️Weather can change in a second, check forecasts before you head out, and keep an eye on the skies.
☀️Always tell someone where you are going, and when you plan on coming back.

Here with your dog ?? It’s too hot for dogs on the beach ( North and monkey/ buck shore )during the heat of the day , even with a shade and the sea the sand this week has been burning hot . If you need a shady walk I’d recommend either of these . Both have a cafe or a pub to finish with and the first one has lovely views and play stuff for the kids too . I’m happy for you to leave your dog in the apartment ( the kitchen is the coolest room ) . Please look after your dogs and enjoy your holiday .
