April Fools - Did we make you wonder?

Sadly our beautifully created fake fisherman and Lobster Cottage won’t be hosting its namesake. But, we remain passionate about keeping our oceans clean.

So today, we pledge to make a donation to the Recycle Mor project run by Sea Trust Wales - a local recycling project - to ensure the hard work that goes on continues, to keep Tenby’s waters as alluring and breathtaking as they always have been.🌊

We are however, open for any non claw-wielding persons wanting a short break in this gorgeous town.😉

📢 We have some VERY BIG NEWS!📢

Our holiday home in Tenby, Pembrokeshire has been opened up to temporarily house lobsters in the area during the ongoing battle against plastic pollution along the local coastline. 🦞

Plastic pollution is a global issue and Pembrokeshire are always looking at ways to minimise its impact along the beautiful coastline. Whilst plastic removal operations go ahead, Lobster Cottage will be homing crustaceans in specially designed lobster tanks and baskets to minimise the impact on these creatures, before returning them to their natural plastic-free habitat in a quick turnaround. ♻️

Lobster Cottage owner John (picture #6) was happy to assist the clawed crustaceans, “It seems very appropriate that we are able to show these lobster some hospitality at our appropriately named holiday home -Lobster Cottage'

“We want to keep our breathtaking beaches and waters as clean and safe as possible and ensuring the wildlife are looked after is paramount.

‘We are obviously well equipped to host families for short breaks but it hasn’t actually taken much to adapt Lobster Cottage for our new visitors given that we have a newly landscaped garden. Hopefully they will feel refreshed and calm before they return to the ocean.”🌊 🦞
