Ivy Cottage is a beautiful Grade II listed 2 bedroom cottage, set in the heart of Torquay and just a We really only want people we know to stay at Ivy Cottage.

As much as we'd love to, unfortunately we can't afford to give it to people for free, but we are looking at renting it out at a discounted rate compared to what the Holiday Cottage companies have suggested it could be sold for. So many beautiful restaurants in Torquay, so little money to spend in them - so coming to this little gem is easy, as the food is always fantastic, along with really great service. The atmosphere is wonderful, so it’s a really popular choice for locals and holidaymakers. Make sure you book ahead as it’s always busy because it’s so good!

Ivy Cottage is just a short 10 minute walk from the thriving seaside town of Torquay. It has plenty of parking outside (Visitors Permit included when renting), and is also on the main bus route with a bus stop conveniently located across the road from the cottage. Torquay, with its beaches, harbour, fabulous walks, and numerous attractions, will keep even the most demanding traveller interested and occupied. Ivy Cottage is the ideal place to stay, whether you are coming as a family or as a couple, and with or without your pooch.

Ivy Cottage has two double-bedrooms, both beautifully decorated, and accessed via spiraled stairs and a second smaller set of stairs. The front double bedroom has a double wardrobe with sliding doors, and a matching chest of drawers, providing ample storage for all your personal effects and clothing. It has a double-bed with a single integrated bunk bed above (picture shows with ladder removed, if not required). It also has a desk area, perfect for those who need to stay in touch with home whilst away enjoying a break away on the English Riviera.
