From the private off-street parking space, guests approach the main entrance from the beautiful gravel driveway. The elegant period proportions and uplifting features of the Victorian villa have been wonderfully retained, thus providing an enhanced feeling of grace and serenity. Passing by the fine, grey limestone pillars of the main hallway, a grand staircase sweeps guests up to the 1st floor entrance of Number 7. From first entering the well-presented, WiFi-enabled apartment, guests will feel right at home. Leading on from the hallway is a recently fitted kitchen, flooded with plenty of natural light. Providing every excuse to wine and dine away, guests will find the Kitchen very well equipped with a gas cooker hob, microwave, electric fan oven, an under-counter fridge-freezer and a newly fitted dishwasher and washer dryer. A lovely window seat also provides a scenic spot from which to daydream with a cup of tea, whilst taking in the sun’s rays. From the charming kitchen, a spacious adjoining Living room with views over surrounding greenery provides an intimate space for inviting all-weather holiday moments. Finished with plush carpet to sink your feet into, a contemporary sofa with reading lamp, a flat screen TV with Netflix channels and DVD player, 2 reading chairs and a round dining table for 4, the sitting room provides a haven for day-night relaxation and enjoyment. A gas fire also provides added warmth and ambience during out-of-season stays. Enjoying far reaching leafy views with occasional peeps of the sea, the very pleasant sunny master bedroom provides a welcoming room in which to enjoy a tempting holiday slumber, or afternoon nap. The tranquil, romantic-style bedroom is furnished with a lovely double bed, a bedside table, a dressing table and a selection of wardrobes. Next to the master bedroom, guests will find a contemporary bathroom fitted with a large walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.
