If you’ve heard of Cornwall, then you’ve heard of the famous South West Coast Path 🥾

A total of 630 miles long, the pathway boasts some of the most incredible scenery and beaches, while also
passing through 2 World Heritage Sites, a UNESCO Biosphere and a UNESCO Geopark!

While you may set off to experience the full mileage (geddon!), you can also easily dip in and out of the pathway - with the seven bays trails right on our doorstep - this is one of our favourite cost-free ways to spend the day 🙌

Happy May Day!

One of the most famous folklore celebrations in Cornwall, Padstow's Obby Oss festival is a wonder to behold.

This custom dates back over two thousand years and begins with two separate proceedings, the Old Oss and Blue Ribbon Oss, roaming around the cobbled streets followed by their supporters.

A tradition kept alive by Padstownians for generations; through song, dance, laughter and community!

You can’t beat a day out in Padstow 😍

One of Cornwall’s most infamous seaside towns, Padstow is renowned for its seafood, scenery and panoramic estuary views.

Less than a 10 minute drive from our property, why not spend the day wandering the cobbled streets, exploring a variety of restaurants, cafes, boutiques and pubs.

Take in the gorgeous views of the Camel Estuary from Padstow’s monument and enjoy a stroll on the sandy shores of Tregirls beach, before finishing the day on the harbour wall; watching the sun set with fish & chips and a local brew 🍻

You’ll also find the infamous The Pig Hotel restaurant nearby, which is a must-visit for delicious food and a cheeky summer’s day cocktail!
