So Sorry people but our road is still closed at the Hospital side. I went down to chase to see what was going on - they have dug a huge hole in the road now and it doesn't look promising to be finished before the bank holiday weekend.
Yep it is making me very sad as a small business. To start a new venture is hard enough but when things like this happen it really throws you. So please do try and find a way up here if you can. It is a lovely walk and you also can cycle through the road works.
By Car -You can reach us via the A361 at Edgarley- we are a mile up the lane.
Today and every day we are cooking breakfast from 9am- 12pm and then lunch from 12pm - 3pm. The farm shop is open 9am-4pm.
And for those who are not on holiday and working this month - we do have High Speed WiFi - our own private line so we are not disrupted by all the works going on around the area.
You are always welcome to come up here and use it in our cafe. And we are also always happy for you to have your business meetings up here - easy to park and there are plenty of tables.
So hopefully we will see you up here and if you do make the extra effort to get here there is a free coffee for you when you make it through the roadworks. Just say that Jill said you could have one when you get here.

6 people max, prices start at £450 based on sharing lovely twin room at Walls Farm including breakfasts, delicious home cooked evening meals, use of indoor pool, activities (eg yoga / pottery/visits) bike hire, guiding and pick up from local train station if needed.

Introducing Nina Bell from Belles on Bikes in Somerset who'll be taking over our feeds very soon. Nina is a Breeze cycle leader who has been running Belles on Bikes tours with her business partner Kay Mitchell since 2017. Belles on Bikes offers bespoke tours for women, with a big focus on having fun, trying new things and getting away from it all in beautiful surroundings. Guests stay in Kay’s wonderful cottages and Nina leads the daily rides, stopping off for coffee, cake, yoga, pottery or a spot of birdwatching along the way and Kay provides the delicious home cooked food. Nina and Kay have just invested in 6 high quality hybrid bikes and 2 electric bikes and are all set to launch Wedmore Bike Hire very soon.

As the evenings start to get longer and thoughts turn to spring, get into gear for a fantastic cycling tour with Belles on Bikes. Somerset is gorgeous in spring, long days, apple blossom and fresh veg from Kay’s garden. This year our spring tour runs from Friday 7 June - Monday 10 June.
