REMINDER - BALANCE PAYMENTS.

Please ensure your balances are paid on the date required.
(Your holiday dates are at risk of being cancelled if the balance is not received).

To view your balance amount, please check your Booking Form email we sent when you first booked.
The balance is on page 2 of the Booking Form with the date it is required by. The Booking Form is in the attachments.

Please remember at the time of booking to secure your dates we will have already been paid the £100 deposit and received your completed booking form. (The Booking Form will already be in our file and confirmation of your deposit being paid emailed).

Once payment has been made, if you can please email us by replying on the last email we sent you.
This helps us as the property and dates you are staying in will be in the subject bar (we do hire number of properties).
It also prompts us to check the bank and confirm receipt by email with you.

When you make payment can you please email us to confirm.
This can be done by replying on the last email we sent, so it brings up the details of your dates and property you are staying in.
We do not go into our account every day. By emailing us this prompts us to check the bank and confirm receipt with you.

If we are not advised you have paid, the payment may move down our statement as we have automatic payments that go out. And we may miss seeing you have paid.

Please also put your name as a reference and NOT just holiday.
We currently hire 10 caravans and 1 bungalow. Everyone staying is going on holiday. So having just a reference of holiday makes it harder for us to match your payment with your holiday dates, as sometimes it does not add your name.

If you need to contact us by telephone about your booking can we please advise the following.

The reason we ask for the following information is.
We currently as of today do holiday hire in 11 properties.
Over those 11 properties (excluding the owners stays), we have 56 bookings.

We need your name (first and surname)
The property you are booked into.
Or your holiday dates.

Please note we do not log your telephone number with your name into our telephone, this is done when you are due to arrive for your holiday.
This means when you call we do not know who is calling or the dates of your holiday and property.

When staying please ensure that you call from the mobile number you supplied us with on the booking form. This means it will notify us who and which property is calling.
This also means if someone staying calls out of hours we will answer your call (for emergencies only).
All other calls will need to leave a message on the answerphone and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

At certain times we do have work commitments (sometimes other commitments as well). These main times can be found on our signature on each email we send you. And also on the contact us page of our website.
If during these times you are staying in one of the properties and there is an emergency please text us. We will pick up the text as soon as we can.
If leaving a answerphone message, again please leave your full name, property you are staying in and holiday dates. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Only emergencies for those currently staying will be dealt with duiring working hours. All others will be when we get home from work.
