FOUND SAFE AND WELL

We need your help......one of our drivers dad's is missing

‼️ Phil‘s dad is missing – left his house in Hindley at 9:45 am this morning. All relevant authorities have been notified including Greater Manchester transport  The suspicion is he may have caught a bus and has now become confused. His name is James Alan Bentham but he likes to be called Alan. Hes 87 years old! Normally very independent but hasn’t been well recently. Would appreciate if everyone can share this please contact Phil on 07720455531 please share this post far and wide and if who see him call us or the number in the post

Polite notice our phone lines will be closed for bookings between 7.30pm and 9am this evening why our staff enjoy the match - we do still have drivers working so don't worry if you are due back tonight - I know quite a lot have rearranged flights to avoid landing during the match or later - staff will still be on hand bit only for returning customers

Well with just one family still stranded and possibly on their way to Gatwick all the rest are home safe and well, what a weekend that was - can I just say a massive thanks to all our customers for their understanding this weekend, for keeping us informed of all changes and for treating our drivers with the respect they deserve.

And lastly a massive thanks to my team - we coped under the pressure and with me swapping and changing things hourly they never got pee'd off with me once (i'm sure to themselves they did) - they really are the best set of lads and I would be lost without them xx

We are aware of severe delays at Manchester Airport - some flights are taking around 4 hours after landing to collect luggage and clear customs - I'm sure you can appreciate we can't have a driver sat there all that time but we will try our best. We are 45 mins away from the airport can you keep us posted re baggage collection etc and we will aim to be there when you clear customs but we can't be there from when you land - as always we will do out best
