Minced beef,
Thanks for everyone who purchased minced beef! Truely humbled that so many purchased from us.
I am now formally taking orders for our next cow.

This Ruby Red Devon cow will be butchered into mixed 10kg boxes. I will be selling for £130 per box.

Please note there will be only 15 boxes available and will be sold first come first serve.

As a guidline each beef box will contain some
Roasting joints
Grilling/frying steaks
Braising steaks
Stewing steaks
Diced beef
Minced beef

Whatever joints or steaks left over will be sold and individually priced.

Please look at some examples of what this beef is going to look like. It will be highly marbled, the beef will be from a slow grown, native Ruby Red Devon cow. It will produce some of the tastiest beef, think Wagu but better (in my opinion) .

Back by popular demand, Prime Minced Beef! We’re due to collect some more Prime minced beef in the next 2-3 weeks.
To keep prices as low as possible I’m looking for people to collect when I take delivery of it.
£6.50/kg. Can do better with people purchasing 10kg or more .
Either 500gram or 1 kg packs will be available.

Time has come to send off some of last years lambs to the abattoir.
All have had great lives and looked after very well. They are slow grown and will pack a lot more flavour than supermarket lamb.
I have 3 avalaible to purchase.
£110 for half a lamb
£200 for a whole lamb.

Worst nightmare,
Had a call that an Alsatian type dog was chasing our cattle,
even if you are on the bridle way behind Jack the Treacle eater please be aware that our cattle are there and are vulnerable to dogs.
It’s incredible how us farmers have to have this conversation all the time, it might be the first time, it might be out of character but it doesn’t matter. On another day this could have ended worse.
The cattle look okay but we won’t know the extent of the damage for a couple of days,

Keep your dogs on leads around cattle or fields even if you don’t see them!!!
