Morning all, sudden thought that people will be looking at New Years resolutions, that will last until about the 3rd of January! So here is an easy one related to exercise:
a. On the first of January do 1 press up and 1 squat. The press up must have the elbows bent at 90 degrees to count (as a minimum). The squat must have the knees bent at 90 degrees to count (as a minimum).
b. On the 2nd of January do 2 of each, 3rd do three etc until the end of the month.
A simple challenge that EVERYONE who can bend their knees and elbows to 90 degrees can do. Happy New Year. :)
