We introduced the traditions of the Georgian table to our guests and tasted the delicious Georgian cuisine. Tamada (toastmaster) was making soulful traditional toasts. Georgian table is nothing without Georgian songs and dances. Our guests had a wonderful time.
Before the wine tour and tasting begins, Georgian singers welcome us with a polyphonic Georgian song in the tasting space of Khareba Winery.

If you have not been in Tbilisi, you should definitely visit it. It is a fusion of different cultures, which has a Georgian background .
Tbilisi became the capital of Georgia in the 5th century.
Legend has it that in the past the places where Tbilisi is situated were covered with forests. King Vakhtang Gorgasali loved to hunt in these forests. Once while hunting, the king shot a pheasant with an arrow. King falcon flew to the beach pheasant, caught it and lost. The hunters went in search of the pheasant and found both birds boiled in hot spring water. The king was fascinated by the environment, with its strategic location on both sides of the river, the hot springs of sulfur, and decided to build a capital here. Tbili means warm. From that our capital was named Tbilisi.
