HOPin Academy and &Mxpress with Hald Ege Efterskole and Friskolen Hald Ege had a wonderful time at the Dalun Simla center, Dalun Chief Palace, the Dalun Library and ended having a great and special dinner at the Luxury Restaurant. Today was sports day for our student visitors as they engaged in soccer with our Plan B football program with. high schools and local clubs.
We went through the following sports.

1. Hand ball.
2. Mountain ⛰️ biking.
3. Football ⚽.
4. Afro Dance.
Students of Hald Ege Efterskole and Friskolen Ege played against students of Nobisco, Vittin SHS, Bisco and Tamale Islamic SHS who are also members of Plan-B-Club

As part of HOPin Academy and &Mxpress travel and Tour partnership with Hald Ege Efterskole and Friskolen Hald Ege once a year. We traveled into the kumbungu community to experience the biggest market in tamale.
We always enjoy every single second of the whole program. 90% of the program is in northern region and 10% is out.

As part of HOPin Academy and M&Mxpress Travel and Tour partnership with Hald Ege Efterskole and Friskolen Hald Ege once a year. We are hosting about 300 students from Denmark on a learning and experience travel for the students, the biggest Group on a single trip and for hosting.
Each year travel groups feels like a fresh start or the first day 🥰, awesome kids.
The teacher are awesome and the kids are always amazing. The students are working with a lot of artisans, high schools on some learning exchange, some development works and a couple of startups in Tamale and around while exploring our awesome Ghanaian culture and county.
We always enjoy every single second of the whole program. 90% of the program is in northern region and 10% is out.

This tree is called Naa Dataa Tua (King’s Rival Tree). It’s located at Yendi in the Northern Region of Ghana.

The tree is a historical baobab tree. In the olden days, people who were found to have had an affair with Yaa Naa’s wife (Yaa Naa is the King of of Dagbon, the oldest kingdom in Ghana) were beheaded on a rock and their heads thrown into a hole in the baobab tree.
