Gregorys Luxury Villa is elegant and spacious, ideally located on the hilltop with a mesmerizing view of Afandou bay. The property is designed for comfort and luxury and accommodates up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with single beds and 4 ensuite bathrooms. Gregorys Luxury Villa has a spacious open plan living room with comfortable sitting areas designed for ultimate relaxation, equipped with flat screen TVs, satellite channels and a surround sound system. The house also has fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. All rooms are fully air conditioned. Internet is also available throughout the property and safe box is included.

The villa has a private 9x4 swimming pool with a lovely private landscaped garden, parasols, sunbeds and a large furnished terrace surrounding the area. Equipped with a dining area and barbecue, it is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and evening meals overlooking the amazing sea view!

Gregorys Luxury Villa is conveniently situated half way between Lindos and Rhodes town and just a 5 minute drive from the blue flag certified beach of Afantou. The nearby resort of Kolymbia offers excellent sea front tavernas, cafeterias, supermarkets, souvenir shops as well as exciting nightlife venues. During daytime at the beach visitors can enjoy a variety of water sports, boat trips and other summer activities. For those who prefer a little exercise, the Afandou Golf course is just a few minutes away.
