View from Lakones village is known as Bella Vista View. It belongs to the best views jn Mediterranean. To get there you need to start from Paleokastritsa and take small road driving up the hill 300 m above seea lebel. After the view you can continue driving on the road till you reach the main road in Troumpeta. Don"t try to go opposite way (from Troumpeta to Lakones and Paleokastritsa) because you may have problems in the narrow road meeting many buses going opposite way.

Vidos Island is a fantastic quiet place to relax. Situated opposite Corfu"s port you need only few minutes boat ride. There's very cheap regular line leaving often from Old Port (left part under the New Fortress).

Paleokastritsa Monastery is the most visited monastery in Corfu. Built in 13th century on the top of picturesque hill offers amazing views to nearest coast. The steep and narrow road starts from St. Spyridon beach with traffic lights. In front of the monastery there is small parking for free.

Apraos Beach (or Kalamaki Beach) is sandy beach on the north coast overlooking Albania. Because of very shallow sea this beach has usually warmer water than other places in Corfu.
