Modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms villa with private pool, secure garden with electric gated parking and views to Mount Ainos.
Set in the working village of Lakithra with its own bakery, cake shop, mini shop, bar and places to eat.
It is a superb location being less than 10 mins from airport, sandy beaches, the capital Argostoli and Lassi but set in the tranquillity of the village.

We have our first guests in Villa Simplicity for summer 2024! Little Arny was the 1st to use the pool on the 18th April 2024 at 7pm….
We look forward to welcoming the rest of our guests this year.
We only have availability through May and June which in my opinion are the best months to visit without the crowds.

Villa Simplocity is a modern detached 3 bedroom villa with pool over looking mount Ainos and down to Argostoli Lagoon, in Lakithra Village.

Ammes Beach, Eglina Beach, Megali Ammos and Spasmata are within 10 mins drive from Villa Simplicity these are our favourites that we use regularly.

A great choice of day time dining available on road above Ammes beach.
