Villa Kef

Well the 2024 season is now closing down at Villa Kef. We've been lucky to have some wonderful guests who have enjoyed staying at the villa in Havdata. One of the comments I get regularly is about the peace and quiet of the location, but easily within reach of bars and restaurants (15 minutes away) in Lixouri.

Now time for some painting and decorating.

Our first visitors have been and gone, and they have already recommended the villa to their friends. Next arrivals later this month.
Bookings for 2025 are coming in, with returning guests from 2023. Thats nice. 👍

Well, apart from a week in September, we are fully booked for this summer. The 2025 booking calendar is now open for you long term planners, but don't forget to use the villa kef website for best prices. Guaranteed to beat VRBO or AirBnB

Great news for Villa Kef returning customers. Our new website is ready for a beta test.

Still a few bugs to iron out but you'll get the drift.

Good news on pricing. In 2025 I'll be able to take reservations through this website for about 10% less than advertised on AirBnB or VRBO sites. Simply because they take so much of our money in fees and extra charges.

Well a new season is starting soon. Almost fully booked for 2024. The work put into the villa in 2023 is paying off. The pool area is nicely surrounded by oleander bushes, and the water is crystal clear. A new air source heat pump has been installed, so the central heating is now ecologically as green as can be. Looking forward to it.

Well according to the pool thermometer the pool is now at 27c. That solar panel heating seems to push up the temperature nicely 🌞🌞

Petani Beach

This beach is off the beaten track, but well worth a visit. It can get busy mid season. The water is the most wonderful colour, and the swimming is exceptional. There are two wonderful tavernas on the beach too, so you can settle down for a fantastic lazy day.
