Terms & Conditions:
* Minimum stay: 1 week in High and Peak season (unless agreed otherwise)
* 30% booking deposit due on reservation; balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
* Cancellation Policy: 8 weeks or more before arrival = 30 % (non-refundable deposit); less than 8 weeks before arrival = 100 %(deposit & balance)
* Security deposit: 2000 Euro security deposit is to be given directly to the owner upon arrival either in cash or by travelers cheques.
