Quietly located in Paleo Faliro Area, Artistic is a 3-storey villa with modern decoration, stone features and wooden flooring. Just 500 meters from the sea, it opens to a furnished balcony with garden views, while WiFi is offered throughout. The spacious villa includes a living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen TV and DVD player. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 3 bathroom

s, one with a spa bath and the other with a hydro-massage shower the 3rd shower is "ensuite" and a W.C for house guests.Air conditioning and a washing machine- and dryer come standard. A variety of cafes, restaurants and bars lie along the coastline of Flisvos, within 500 meters of Artistic Villa Luxury. Guests have the option to start their day with a homemade or personalised breakfast at extra charge. The closest tram stop, offering direct access to Athens City Center, is within walking distance. Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is approximately 35 km away, and Piraeus Port is at a distance of 9 km. Free private parking is possible on site.

Our group of 7 people felt so fortunate to stay in Anna’s beautiful home. The design of the space is so unique - it is hard to describe or understand from the photos, but the layout provides equal amounts of privacy and areas to be together. The small elevator (!) was so helpful for our luggage and AC in each room kept us comfortable the entire stay. Anna is such a welcoming and gracious host. We arrived to a refrigerator filled with drinks and eggs for the morning, a bottle of special aperitif she makes herself, and plenty of other special things she does to treat her guests. The neighborhood is safe and walkable… nice restaurants in the area, accessible public transportation, and you can easily walk to the beach. 5+ stars - wish we could have stayed longer.

Anna and her son were so nice, helpful and gracious! The place was better then the pictures. Anna was so welcoming and genuinely sweet!!! She had some snacks, breakfast stuff waiting for us, drinks and lists of how to use things in the house. The beds were the most comfortable in our travels, showers were spacious. Over all it was a wonderful stay. If we come back to Athens it will be a must stay. You won’t regret booking with Anna.

Now 10 adults and 2 children (up to 17 years old) can be accommodated in the 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, (2 bedrooms also have 1 single bed in their loggia). Anna was an absolutely amazing host and her home is gorgeous! She provided not only an incredible amount of information, she also is an incredible chef. She made homemade Dolmades with a dipping sauce plus the most incredible tzatziki sauce!!! Absolutely amazing and delicious!!! We will definitely 100% stay here again!! We were a group of 9 and everyone said over and over again how amazing, friendly, helpful and welcoming Anna was. If we could give 10 stars we would for sure. If you ever find yourself in Athen, Anna’s beautiful home is the only place you would want to stay!!! Thank you so very much Anna ❤️❤️❤️

Είμαστε ενθουσιασμένοι με την τελευταία ανακαίνιση της Βίλας. Αναδείξαμε χώρους εντός του κτιρίου και καταφέραμε να προστεθούν ακόμη 2 μπάνια ( σύνολο 6 πλέον) και 1 ακόμη κρεββατοκάμαρα ( συνολικά 5 υπνου ) Η διαμονή πλέον στη βίλα θα είναι ακόμη πιο άνετη, φιλοξενεί μέχρι 12 άτομα ( τα 2 από τα 5 υπνοδωμάτια είναι τρίκλινα- οικογενειακά) Η διαφορετικότητα είναι ότι διατίθεται ολόκληρη η βίλα για 4-12 άτομα, δεν παρέχονται δωμάτια ξεχωριστά. Η βίλα των 350 τ.μ διατίθεται κάθε φορά σε 1 κράτηση με συγκεκριμένη διάρκεια ,πληρότητα, τιμή αναλογικά στα παραπάνω.
Ευχόμαστε καλό 2023, εμείς υποσχόμαστε να κρατηθούμε στην κορυφή.... ΚΑΛΗ ΣΕΖΟΝ!

If you come to Athens, Anna's artistic villa is a must! Not only was Anna an amazing host, but the Artistic Villa was wonderful! Stunning views and close proximity to restaurants and markets. I would highly recommend staying in Athens at the Artistic Villa with the best host in Athens, Anna!

Excellent place, excellent location, excellent host. And Greece all around...d

The villa is AWESOME. We were 9 people. There's lots of rooms (even a secret room which my son took over), lots of space, washing machine, excellent air-condition, tools and appliances for everything you need (washing, drying, cooking, eating, BBQ and more). There's even an elevator !! The villa is located about 15 min drive to the city, and about 5 min walk from the sea. The are has lots of restaurants, pubs and places to walk on foot (to help you recover your breath, after all the excellent Greek food...) Anna (the host) is super nice lady, and super helpful. You can ask her about anything, and she'll give you excellent recommendations. We booked transportation through Anna, get recommendation on places to eat and what to see. When we had sudden rain, Anna quickly gave us umbrellas... (my kids already want to go back to the villa...) If you want an excellent place near the beach, and a nice home to start your day and relax when you're back, you should book this villa !! Say hello to Lilach , (IL) Anna from us...
