It is with heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of part of the program of this year's School of salting pilchard. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the fishermen have been unable to catch fresh pilchard, a tradition we've relied on for over 20 years to celebrate our school's legacy.
But fear not! While the main event of salting in teams may be postponed, we're not letting this setback dampen our spirits.
Join us for a day filled with the spirit of School of salting pilchard, with a twist.

Our program starts at 5PM and includes:
Birthday cake in honor of 20 years of School of salting pilchard
Workshops on crafting old fishing tools
Workshops of filleting and marinating fish
Creative workshops and a puppet show for children
Gastronomy workshops
Photo exhibition
Live music
