The house is situated at the end of a dirt road 250m above sea level and is situated ona 6000m2 plot of land.
It's completely off grid and eco-friendy with it's solar system, water collector, bio septic tanks.
1st floor consists of a open plan kitchen, dining & living, 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and full bath.
Outdoor features couple of patios, huge barbecue space, 50m2 pool with electrolysis, fruit, almond & olive trees and a small vineyard in the making.
The house is high up in the hills and part of the road isn't paved. Any type of car can go up, but we really don't advise taking a sports car.
House is fueled by solar panels (20kw) so has enough power, but it can still happen that some appliances don't work at the same time
