Brac is a large island in the Adriatic sea, just off the coast of Split. In Landscape, Brac is similar to island Hvar with its rolling hills, pine and fig trees, isolate bays and clear water.
Milna is small old town with a beautiful harbor. Large international marina attracts boaters. Lots of stone. Relax at the harbor, go to nearby beaches; hike; visit the small galleries; walk thru the old streets and take beautiful photos of old stone houses, sky and sea. Music on summer evenings.

Apartman se nalazi u uvali Makarac, nedaleko od Milne na Braču. Ima dvije dvojrevetne sobe i dva dodatna lezaja. Ima kupaonu i kuhinju, a u vrtu je sjenica, rostilj i peka, te vrtni tus. More je udaljeno par minuta hoda. Idealno za one koji se zele maknuti iz gužve i buke, uzivati u kristalno cistom moru i miru! Dobrodosli!

...We rented a large house in the small town of Milna, on the western coast of the island. In the port we admire beautiful sailboats, we eat ice-cream and sometimes we order a beer or a glass of house wine. A short ride reveals beautiful bays with white stones, squeezed between the rocks and ideal for swimming.

What's in Store at the Olive Oil Museum in Brač?

Believe me when I say that Croatian extra virgin olive oil is one of the best in the world! Croatian olive oils, in the last years, have won lots of prestige international awards. In 2014 at the New York International Olive Oil Competition as many as nine Croatian olive oils won Gold Award.

The Olive Oil Museum is a small museum located in Škrip on the island of Brač. Guided visits last half an hour at max. Food and wine tasting can be arranged with the museum, and we highly recommend it.
