Public Tooth Filing as a part of Public Cremation Ceremony at Luwus Village.

Please note, it's celebrated every 5 years.

Good Morning to Happy People,

Update Activities from Luwus Village.

Today's ceremony is Public Tooth Filing Ceremony ( Mepandes / Metatah / Mesangih ). It's a part of Public Cremation Ceremony ( Ngaben Masal / Ngerit ).

Tooth Filing Ceremony aims to eliminate the six negative elements in human beings called Sad Ripu ( lust, greed, wrath, pride, jealousy, and intoxication ).

Will be more than 70 people will do the ceremony.

Hopefuly It can be one of your reference while you are traveling to Bedugul (Lake of Beratan) or Lovina.

Don't miss it, It's celebrated every 5 years at our village. The location is easy to reach because it's located at the main road of Denpasar - Bedugul.
