[TARI KECAK]
Tari Kecak berasal dari Bali dan dikenal sebagai “Tari Api” atau “Monkey Chant.” Tarian ini tidak menggunakan musik gamelan seperti tarian Bali lainnya, melainkan diiringi oleh paduan suara sekitar 50 hingga 100 pria yang duduk melingkar dan mengucapkan “cak” secara berirama.

Tari Kecak mengisahkan cuplikan dari epos Ramayana, khususnya cerita tentang Pangeran Rama yang berjuang melawan Raja Rahwana untuk menyelamatkan istrinya, Dewi Sita. Dalam cerita ini, Rama dibantu oleh Hanuman, si raja kera, dan pasukan kera untuk mengalahkan Rahwana.

Pertunjukan ini biasanya dilakukan saat matahari terbenam, menciptakan suasana magis yang memperkuat drama dalam tarian. Tari Kecak tidak hanya memukau dengan alur ceritanya, tetapi juga dengan paduan suara yang dinamis dan penggunaan api yang dramatis.
