Unfortunately travel won’t be happening for the foreseeable, but all work is being done in date order. So just bare with us if you are traveling after May 2020.
We are waiting on airlines to email updates/cancellations/changes etc.
We cannot do anything until we receive written confirmation from the airline, properties etc. So please keep this in mind.
We cannot cancel your holiday before we receive notification from the suppliers, because if we do, you will not be entitled to the credit, so we have to be patient.
Most are issuing vouchers/credits at the moment but clarification will come to us in the coming weeks we hope.
Thanks to you all for understanding and trust we are doing our very best for each and every one of our loyal customers.
We can't wait to see you all for chats, tea, coffee and most important, to plan your next holiday when all this is over.
