Dear colleagues,

The exceptional measures adopted by the health authorities to contain Covid-19 do not allow us to open our resort and offer our clients the Christmas experience at PortAventura World, so the resort will remain closed until the opening of the new season on March 27th, 2021.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
• Bookings can be amended into 2021 at the original cost (we must be informed of the new visiting dates before January 31st)
• Cancellation without fees

PARK TICKETS:
• Tickets can be used in 2021 according to parks calendar
• Cancellation without fees

PortAventura World will continue to apply as many instructions and recommendations as necessary, taking the maximum precautions and always in coordination with the health authorities.
We are starting to prepare for next season with all the enthusiasm and with the hope of meeting on March 27 with many new features!
