Attention all members. Please note the watersuite will close at 5 pm tomorrow Wed the 11th of December to facilitate essential maintenance work. The watersuite will reopen on Thursday the 12th at 7am.
Please note the steam room and sauna in the pool will be open.

2 Brand new Concept 2 SkiErg machines have landed in the gym come on up to try them out and while you are here book yourself in for your free gym program with one of our instructors.

We are delighted to let you know that the gas boilers that heat the watersuite pool and whirlpool bath are now fully operational. As from tomorrow we hope to see our loyal and valuable members back with us and thank you very much for your patience and understanding....

We can finally confirm our gas was switched back on today. It will take a couple more days for everything to warm up again but we thank you very much for your patience and understanding of the situation we found ourselves in, we hope to see you soon

3 weeks left of Pilates in 2024. 26th November, 3rd and 10th December at 11am in the main ALSAA complex. First timers can avail of their first class FREE and the cost for the 2 remaining classes would be €15 per class. For more information email [email protected]
