SATURDAY INTRODUCTORY SPIN.
Meeting @ SDCC offices opposite Clondalkin Garda St., Each Saturday 9a.m.

There will be a Starter spin on Saturday mornings for anyone interested in finding out about or joining Clondalkin Cycling Club or looking for information about Group Cycling.

All capabilities very welcome but You should have a reasonable level of fitness and a roadworthy Road bike (drop style Handelbars). Helmet compulsory.
On these spins you will learn the skills and gain experience needed to safely cycle in a group.
