Extension and complete interior renovation of a 2-bedroom end of terrace house in Booterstown.
This house was a real muddle before we started, with a small entry hallway, small bedroom, living room and corridor leading to the rear “extension” which was actually a large wooden garden shed; insulated and plastered on the inside, rendered with sand and cement on the outside!
We demolished that, to be replaced with a large extension comprising of a bathroom, utility area, kitchen/dining space with breakfast bar. And the downstairs area of the existing house was left open plan, to provide a large living area.
