Oldest still in use Post Box in Ireland .
It’s in everyday use in Kent Railway Station, Cork . It was designed and made before the Royal Cypher and was initially green like all boxes in Ireland England Scotland and Wales .
The position of the opening made it prone to weather and it was moved indoors .
