We at the Relaxation Gym aspire to offer a unique and comfortable space for people to learn and practice relaxation techniques and exercises. A wide range of varied programs, guided and unguided, are available to choose from, with options to suit everyone's individual needs. Helpful, friendly staff are there to show you our list of programs, to set up the room for each client, and offer any guidan

ce you may need. The relaxation is self-directed, and only one person is ever in one room at any one time, to ensure the most efficient and optimal relaxation experience we can offer.
