Dublin again came to a halt. It took ONE FULL HOUR to move a coach from Merrion Square around to the front door of The Shelbourne Hotel!!!!!!!
Gridlock, Going nowhere, atrocious planning. Impossible to move people efficiently, safety, using sustainable methods around this city .
1 coach which carries 53 passengers has the same emissions as 6 cars.
