It tells the story of an Irish girl making her way to New York after being lured into the American dream. But you don’t have to travel to Hollywood to see the set of Brooklyn because it was filmed right here in Enniscorthy. This is what makes the film all the more unique. What a night this was😍

I was lucky enough to attend the Enniscorthy premier of the movie Brooklyn in October 2015. The event was as much a movie premier as it was a chance to honour the man who wrote the book Brooklyn local man Colm Tóibín.
