Cuasnog has jibbed, we converted a living room to a bedroom in '93 but just reverted it to a living room once again, inserted a stove where the loo has been for almost 2 decades, put in a dining cm kitchen. This is flanked by beautiful bedrooms, one on either side, both are en-suite. Now this cute little suite can cater for 4 adults comfortably, with a camp bed admissible for extenuating circumst
ances. This years opera festival is about 70% booked up by B&B regulars, but I am interested in holiday lets both for multiple days or weeks throughout the rest of the year. However I will continue to fill in the gaps with old-style B&B for the foreseeable future, serving our own eggs, produce from garden, tunnel etc and continuing to raise the bar in cullinary standards. Cuasnóg guests can take it for granted the kitchen will be well kitted out for cooking, with all the necessities for your first breakfast and all the standard cooking condiments at your disposal. Always buying organic, local, Irish, seasonal, fair trade, non-GMO, & ethically, when & where possible.
