A bit about myself:
I was born in Kibbutz Ginosar (Genesareth", Luke 5:1/Mark 6:53) that is located on the bank of the Sea of Galilee, grew up in Hadera that began as a small colony (1891) and became a city in 1952, but mostly I spent my time…in nature…. In my youth, I had become deeply acquainted with Israel's unique nature and landscapes, in addition to many great experiences of teenagers that g
rew up in a newly established country. Then as now, I was privileged to be one of the young people who fostered a preservation of wild flowers and other nature values. Today as well, while leading the way through various paths, I combine my youth' experience with an academic education in geography, history and acquaintance with different ethnic groups. For several years, I lived in desert areas, such as Eilat and Sinai Peninsula (close to St. Afterwards, I had become one of the most experienced guides in East Africa, Morocco, Bulgaria, Jordan, Greece and Turkey. As a geographer and a holder of an academic degree in African Studies, I had led many groups to unique landscapes and sights in such places as Jerusalem, Galilee mountains & valleys, Sinai, Negev, Safari tours in East Africa and geographical tours to other locations. All these experiences provided me with great knowledge and skills to guide the curious traveler. I started my military service in the Air Force (…which missed an outstanding pilot…) and continued to the Paratroopers Division. I have finished the Ministry of Tourism Tour-Guide Course in 1990, after completing my academic studies. My main interests are history, Christianity, Islam and geology, while bird watching, sports, reading and humor are my hobbies. Visiting Israel as a part of a private and personal guided tour will make your vacation a lifetime experience. While travelling through the country, I will explain the guests about Israel. The travelers will learn about the history and establishment of the State of Israel, together with its special contribution to Western thought and culture. The travelers would be impressed by the rich diversity and unique character of this small and exciting country, and will be surprised by many innovations in research and technology. As a sworn traveler myself, I always design the trip according to the tourist’s will, allowing both parties to enjoy the new discoveries together. Thus, I am not only talking and explaining, but encourage the traveler to understand what is happening "behind the scenes", from both past and present: to find a piece of history that exists in the background or a small event behind the big story. A story of truth from the Promised Land. This makes each tour an unforgettable story. A story that is full of surprises, discoveries and encounters. I invite you from the bottom of my heart, to explore and get to know Israel and its different aspects in an unforgettable tour. Guidance language – English.
