“এই মুহূর্তটি ভাষায় প্রকাশ করা যায় না, এটি কেবল অনুভব করা যায়।
আমি এভারেস্ট বেস ক্যাম্পে ট্রেকিং এর চ্যালেঞ্জ সম্পন্ন করেছি। ৯০% লোকোমোটর অক্ষমতা সহ এই কৃতিত্ব অর্জন করলাম, সেটাও প্রথম ট্রিপল অ্যাম্পুটি হিসাবে। এটা আমার জন্য খুবই আবেগঘন মুহূর্ত ছিল। আমি নিজের জন্য এটা করেছি। যারা আমাকে এখানে পৌঁছানোর জন্য সমর্থন করেছেন, আমি তাদের সবাইকে ধন্যবাদ জানাই।

প্রথম দিনে এই ট্রেকিংটা আমার কাছে চ্যালেঞ্জিং মনে হয়েছিল, কিন্তু দ্বিতীয় দিনেই আমি এটা সম্পূর্ণ করতে দৃঢ়প্রতিজ্ঞ ছিলাম। এর মধ্যে আমি বেশ কয়েকবার অসুস্থ বোধ করেছিলাম। আমাকেও পাহাড়ের লড়াইয়ের মুখোমুখি হতে হয়েছিল, কিন্তু আমার মানসিক শক্তিকে আরও শক্তিশালী করে আমি এই যাত্রা সম্পূর্ণ করেছি।"

হরিয়ানার ঝাজ্জার জেলায় ২১শে জুন, ১৯৯৩-এ জন্ম নেওয়া টিঙ্কেশের জীবন আর পাঁচটা সাধারণ শিশুর মতোই ছিল, এবং প্রতিদিন তিনি নতুন কিছু শিখছিলেন। লেখাপড়ার পাশাপাশি বন্ধুদের সঙ্গে বাইরে গিয়ে খেলাধুলাও করতেন তিনি। পিতামাতাও দিনরাত কঠোর পরিশ্রম করছিলেন এবং তাদের ছেলের ভাল লালন-পালনের পাশাপাশি তাকে একটি সুন্দর জীবন দেওয়ার জন্য প্রতিদিনের লড়াইয়ের মুখোমুখি হয়েছিলেন; তারপর একদিন এই পরিবারের উপর দেখা দেয় কষ্ট ও দুঃখের মেঘ।

এটা ছিল ডিসেম্বর ২০০২, যখন টিঙ্কেশ একটি ঘুড়ি ওড়ানোর সময় একটি উচ্চ ভোল্টেজের তার থেকে বৈদ্যুতিক শক পেয়েছিলেন এবং তিনি সেখানে অজ্ঞান হয়ে পড়েছিলেন। তার সারা শরীর পুড়ে যায়। যখন তার পরিবার তাকে তুলে নিয়ে হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যায়, তার ২ দিন পর তার জ্ঞান ফিরে আসে এবং ডাক্তাররা তাকে তার জীবন বাঁচাতে তার উভয় পা এবং একটি হাত কেটে ফেলার পরামর্শ দেন।

কয়েক মাস চরম শারীরিক ও মানসিক যন্ত্রণার মধ্য দিয়ে যাওয়ার পর, টিঙ্কেশ যখন হাসপাতাল থেকে বাড়ি ফিরে আসেন, তখন তিনি অনেককে বলতে শুনেছিলেন যে, এর চেয়ে তার মরে যাওয়াই ভালো ছিল।

কিন্তু টিঙ্কেশ কখনোই নিজেকে সহানুভূতির নজরে দেখেননি। সাহস ছিল একমাত্র জিনিস, যা তার হৃদয়ে এখনও শক্তিশালী রয়েছে। মা-বাবাও তাকে প্রতিটি পদক্ষেপে জোরালোভাবে সমর্থন করেছিলেন, যদিও অশ্রুসজল চোখে।

এই সাহস নিয়ে টিঙ্কেশ আবার স্কুলে যেতে শুরু করেন এবং পড়াশোনা শেষ করেন। তিনি নিজেকে কখনো কারো থেকে কম মনে করেননি, পরে বিশ্বকেও তা দেখিয়েছেন!

জীবন অবশ্যই কঠিন ছিল, তবে তিনি এটিকে আরও ভাল করার জন্য প্রতিদিন কাজ করেছিলেন এবং সরকারি চাকরির জন্য প্রস্তুতির পাশাপাশি তার শারীরিক সুস্থতার দিকে মনোনিবেশ করতে শুরু করেছিলেন। এখন কৃত্রিম পা এবং হাত নিয়ে, তিনি জিমে যেতে শুরু করেছিলেন, দৌড়াতে শুরু করেছিলেন এবং লোকেদের ঠাট্টা-তামাশা উপেক্ষা করে নিজের মধ্যে অনুপ্রেরণা খোঁজার চেষ্টা করেছিলেন।

এরপর তিনি গোয়া চলে যান এবং সেখানে ফিটনেস কোচ হিসেবে কাজ শুরু করেন। আজ তিনি টিঙ্কেশ অ্যাবিলিটি ফাউন্ডেশন নামে তার নিজস্ব সংস্থা চালাচ্ছেন; এবং অন্যদেরও জীবন যাপনের সাহস ও যুক্তি প্রদান করছেন।

১১ই মে, ২০২৪-এ, টিঙ্কেশ কৌশিক সমুদ্রপৃষ্ঠ থেকে ১৭,৫৯৮ ফুট উপরে অবস্থিত মাউন্ট এভারেস্ট বেস ক্যাম্পে পৌঁছানোর জন্য বিশ্বের প্রথম ট্রিপল অ্যাম্পুটি হয়ে উঠেছেন। শক্তি হোক বা অনুপ্রেরণা, তার সাহস ও কৃতিত্বের তুলনায় যেকোনো শব্দই কম পড়ে। আমরা গর্বিত যে, আমাদের দেশে টিঙ্কেশের মতো যুবক আছেন, যারা পরাজয় মেনে নিতে প্রস্তুত নয়, না কষ্টের কাছে, না জীবনের কাছে, না বিশাল পাহাড়ের কাছে।

Namche Bazaar is a town in Khumbu Pasanglhamu Rural Municipality in Solukhumbu District of Province No. 1 in northeastern Nepal. It is located within the Khumbu area at 3,440 metres at its low point, populating the sides of a hill. Most Sherpa in the tourism business hail from the Namche area. This town is not connected with motorable road.
Nearest airport is Lukla 13 km away ,which can only be covered by trekking.

Five years ago, on February 14, 2019, India witnessed a horrific attack in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir. A su***de bomber rammed an explosives-laden SUV into a convoy of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel, claiming the lives of 40 brave jawans.

The convoy, carrying over 2,500 jawans, was returning from leave or heading to deployment areas when the attack occurred. This dark day left the nation scarred, igniting outrage and a deep sense of loss.
