The design arm of Dass Rasayanic Services, Project Management Consortium- Environment, led by Shri Dinkar Saxena, has designed this unique process of Dairy Effluent Treatment Plant ETP, which does not separate fat from incoming wastewater but digest the fat in mesophilic CSTR, Continuous Stirrer Tank Reactor and reducing 80% of incoming BOD, Biochemical Oxygen Demand, leading it to less energy consumption in extended Aeration Tank and producing high calorific value biogas. This system has been installed at Ajmer Dairy, Ajmer, Rajasthan.

Dass Rasayanic Services CEO and renowned Environment Consultant, The Dinkar Saxena, has designed this mega Thermal CSTR, Continuous Stirrer Tank Reactor, for Jaipur Dairy which is India's first and used for Daf sludge reduction. This is to remove organic waste and located at Jaipur.
