The apartment building is situated in the plush locality of Candolim and Calangute, famous for its serene yet upmarket ambience. Candolim boasts of a classy atmosphere with a chain of famous nightclubs, hotels, spa and salons, departmental stores, shopping malls, travel agencies, villas of the rich and famous and a picturesque beach. The building is fringed with greenery and has restaurants, salon
s, grocer's and other utility stores on its ground floor level, yet exudes a calming effect, away from the din of a metro city. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor,well lit, well ventilated, with 24/7 water supply and is fully furnished. It has a spacious and airy hall cm dining area, kitchen with all amenities, two western style bathrooms, two well ventilated bedrooms and two open balconies. It can easily accomodate four adults and four children; two more persons can be accomodated in the hall area. The capital city of Goa, Panjim, is 10-15 km from our apartment. Fort Aguada, the famous Portuguese monument, is just 3-4 km away.Availability of regular items and consumer goods is convenient, as the area has all modern amenities within walking distance. The apartment comes with the following features:
1] Hall / Dining area - Lamp shades, curtains, sofa set[ five seater], center table, coffee table, carpet, dining tables & chair [4 seater].
2] Kitchen- Water purifier, Cooking gas cylinder and burner, shelves, crockery for four including plates, forks, spoons, pans, spatulas, chopping board, knife and an electric kettle.
3] Bathroom- Both of them are appointed with a wash basin, hot & cold running water,a shower and spout, and a western commode.
4] Bedrooms- Each have a comfortable double bed with mattress and pillows, a bedside table, a double door wardrobe,curtain, fan and lights.
5] Balconies- Deck chairs and light shades. Term and Conditions:
1] We request for a copy of the guest's identification before checking in.
2] 50% advance has to be paid on the day of check in.We only accept cash for short term rentals.
3] Minimum period of stay shouldn't be less than four days. We offer discounts on bulk booking, ie-weeks or months.
4] Any loss/damage of our property, during the stay of the guests would be their responsibility.
5] We do not offer butler/maid service and self-service is appreciated
